Your phone call will always be answered or you'll get a phone call back ASAP. Last, but certainly not least, we are ON TIME MAIDS.

WE CLEAN GREEN

We can use all eco-friendly products when we clean your home. If requested, we promise not to bring anything into your home that is unsafe for your family or pets..

 

TWO'S COMPANY!

We operate in teams of two (sometimes three) maids. We believe that with two sets of eyes and hands no nook and cranny of your home is left untouched. Each maid does a quality check on the other so your home is left in the best possible condition.

EASY BILLING

For your convenience, we have a couple billing options for you. You have the option to either pay in advance with any major credit card or pay with cash or credit card at the time of your cleaning.

 2. How do I schedule a cleaning?
Simply click on the Book it now tab on the main menu to the left or through out the our website under Residential Home cleaning taband complete the form. It shouldn't take more than 60 seconds and we'll contact you to confirm your appointment that same day!   back to top


 3. Are you a pet friendly maid service?
Indeed! We, at A2Z Cleaning, LOVE Pets and all of our maids have been trained to correctly deal with your furry family member.   back to top


 5. Please, explain your move in / move out cleaning and deep cleaning?
Our move in / move out cleaning is designed to prepare a home for a new tenant. It includes cleaning inside the empty fridge, oven, drawers and cabinets, light fixtures and all baseboards. Our deep cleaning service are for homes that require about three extra hours of cleaning than usual. These types of cleaning usually requires more hours of work than our standard rates   back to top


 6. Can you clean while I'm not home?

 7. Do you clean on the weekends?
Yes, we do! We schedule appointments from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily!   back to top


 8. Do your maids bring their own supplies?
We bring all required supplies for the job - including a mop, broom, vacuum and paper towels. If you'd like us to use anything else (for wood floors, for example) please let us know and leave it out for us.   back to top


 9. What method of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards ,Cash or Checks.  back to top


 10. Are basements, offices and dens included in the flat rate pricing?
No. Basements vary too greatly in cleaning times. We recommend ordering the hourly rate if you want your basement included, as well. Any extra room, including an office or den, is included in the flat rate price as long as you consider them a bedroom. For example, if you have one bedroom plus an office you would choose the 2 bedroom apartment option.   back to top


 11. How long does cleaning take?
Here are approximate times for our teams of two: 1 bedroom home - appx. 2 hours 2 bedroom home - appx. 2 to 2/12 hours 3 bedroom home - appx 3 hours These times can vary greatly due to actual size and condition of the home. We reserve the right to adjust the rate for fairness.   back to top
