• Move cooking equipment (where possible) and clean the back splash from the floor up behind the cooking equipment
• Remove all cooking racks from the ovens and pressure wash
• Clean the inside of all ovens
• Clean the top, back, and all sides of the cooking equipment
• Clean the dishwasher fan and duct work – Power wash the awnings around the building
• Power wash the heavy grease spots in your parking lot or drive through
